Today I'm going to show you our favourite winter smoothie. I make it several times a week. It's easy, cheap & a perfect post-workout drink.

❉ INGREDIENTS ❉

2 bananas
2 apples
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
2 tbsp of coconut sugar
350ml or 1.5 cups of water

I put bananas, they are ripped & sweet, their potassium will ease muscle recovery.
Apples, I don't peel them they are organic but If yours are from conventional farming it's preferable to remove the skin.
Cinnamon which will bring it's incomparable warmth.
Coconut sugar very rich in minerals like potassium, magnesium, zinc & iron. It will boost you during or after the workout.

If you want a very smooth drink peel the apples :)
