Honey - 1 Tablespoon (Don't use if you are using chocolate flavored protein powder)

Flaxseed - 1 Tablespoon

Cocoa Powder - Half Tablespoon (Don't use if you are using chocolate flavored protein powder)

Cinnamon Powder - 1 Pinch

Whey Protein Powder - 1 Scoop
