This is a complete upper chest workout. We're going to work the chest with mid range, fully stretched, and peak contraction exercises for a complete muscle pumping workout.

The unique thing about this workout is that in between each exercise you are going to do a set of push ups. This will pump a lot of blood volume into your chest and it works great for speeding up growth in the chest.

The complete workout includes:

- Push Ups - 10+ reps

- Incline Dumbbell Bench Press - 3 sets of 8-10 reps

- Push Ups - 10+ reps

- Incline Dumbbell Fly - 3 sets of 10-12 reps

- Push Ups - 10+ reps

- Cable Cross Overs - 3 sets of 10-12 reps

- Push Ups - 10+ reps

- Incline Chest Press - 3 sets to failure
