Warm up FIRST of course.
Rest between each exercise for 20 secs
Alternate:
Squat
12 reps
Pull up OVER grip
12 reps
Squat again!
12 reps
Pull up UNDER grip
12 reps
I won't lie, I was only getting out about 6 pullups towards the end!
