Ronnie Coleman Leg Workout

Here is a workout I found on the Muscle and Brawn website. It is a Ronnie Coleman Leg workout. I usually don't record most of my leg workouts because they are typically all the same due to my limited equipment in my garage. However, this workout mostly contained exercises that I could perform with my equipment. I did have to make one modification, and I also wasn't able to do the leg curls at the end, but my legs were still toast by the time I finished the workout. I even had to cut the number of sets/reps down because my legs were dead.

Squats, 5-6 sets -- 2-12 reps
Leg presses, 4 sets -- 12 reps (I did lighter squats 4x12)
Lunges, 2 sets -- 100 yards (I did 2 sets of 50 reps)
Stiff-leg deadlifts, 3 sets -- 12 reps
Seated hamstring curls, 3 sets -- 12 reps
