Massive Chest Routine- Wbff Pro FItness Model Micah LaCerte



I did a small routine today using very moderate weight flocusing on slow controlled movements and flexing. Im in the middle of my bulking stage with about 1 months to go I have 6.4 lbs to gain. I will be competing at the Wbff WOrld Championships in the New Muscle Model Category
