Hope you guys enjoy all the food porn that I've been consuming whilst doing 'Intermittent Fasting'! It's really cool to be losing weight and eating meals that I want to eat. You can still do IIFYM meals to the max and lose body fat!
Also, the lower chest workout will help bring the 'full' look to your chest because as of recent, most videos are always targeting upper chest development, but little has been covered for lower chest so this LOWER CHEST WORKOUT FOR SIZE will help you get your pecs popping outta your shirts for sure! Let me know how you like the routine!
LOWER CHEST WORKOUT
- If you can get more than 15 reps with a certain weight, then increase the weight for the next set. If you can't get anymore than 12, then decrease the weight.
- Likewise with the 8-10 rep range also.
1) Flat dumbbell fly -- 4 x 12-15 reps
2) Kneeling Bent Over Cable Crossovers -- 4 x 12-15 reps
3) Dips (Chest Specific) -- 4 x 8-10 reps
4) Push ups (variation) -- 4 x failure
