In this video, I take you through a full leg and booty workout with real time clips so you can see the time under tension I use for each exercise! There is also a quick physique update as I am two weeks out from the Arnold Classic Barcelona!!

Workout (12-15 reps):
Sumo Bench Squats SS/
DB Romanian Deadlifts

Leg Press SS/
Single Leg Hamstring Curl

Leg Extension SS/
Swiss Ball Hamstring Curl

Cable Kickback SS/
Calf Raise
