12 MINUTE FAT BURNER LEG WORKOUT



http://bradscottfitness.com This is one of my home fat burning workouts and leg blaster workouts. You can do this workout routine about 3 times a week to lose belly fat and strengthen your legs. I use a back pack weighted with about 40 pounds for the weight. That is all you will need for equipment.

If you like my workout music I made to go along with this video please let me know. I am testing it out with you guys to see how you like it.

Workouts:

1 - 20 air squats
2 - 20 lunges
3 - 20 side lunges
4 - high knees for 1 minute
5 - 20 air squats
6 - 20 lunges
7 - sprints
8 - 2 sets of 10 burpees
