Great Back Workout for Men - Build a Massive V-Shaped Back With These 7 Exercises

In this video I'm going to show you how I train my back. I'm using these 7 exercises and they work wonders for me! It's a great workout, especially if you're looking to make your back more massive.

Try these exercises and tell me what you think about them!

Be sure to stretch for 10-15 minutes! Warm up is crucial!

1. Lat machine pull-down - 3 sets x 12/10/8 reps
2. Bent-over barbell rows - 3 sets x 10/8/8 reps
3. Pull over (with a dumbbell) - 3 sets x 12/10/8 reps
4. Seated cable rows - 3 sets x 12/10/8 reps
5. Dead lift - 3 sets x 12/10/8 reps
6. Barbell shrug (traps) - 3 sets x 12/10/8 reps
7. Lateral raises - 3 sets x 8/8/6 reps

It's important to rest 1 min/min and a half between every set.

The exercises are for gaining more weight and muscle mass.

As one of the biggest complexes of muscle on your body, the back of your torso includes your lats, rhomboids, traps, spinal erectors, and rear delts, as well as plenty of smaller muscles that tie everything together. This is where your true power comes from, and a big, powerful back can actually help you move more weight—not just on dead-lifts, but on the bench press, squat, and every other movement that requires balance and stability.
