A3 - Lunges (Gabriel) / Reverse lunges off a step to target glutes (Nyisha)
4 Sets (6, 15, 15, 15). Rep timing: 1010
A4 - Good Mornings
4 Sets (6, 15, 15, 15). Rep timing: 1010
A5 - Leg Extensions
4 Sets (6, 15, 15, 15). Rep timing: 1010
