Underhand Machine Row

Lat Pull Down
3 Sets of 20, 15, 12 reps
Machine Shoulder Press
3 Sets of 20, 15, 12 reps
Seated Leg Press
3 Sets of 20, 15, 12 reps
Seated Leg Extension
3 Sets of 20, 15, 12 reps
Seated Leg Curl
3 Sets of 20, 15, 12 reps
Finish with 30 mins of Low intensity Cardio
