MAIN WORKOUT (timer is set for intervals of 20 seconds and ten seconds; perform each pair eight times in a row without rest before taking a 30-second break):
Push Ups + Pike Hold
I, Y, W, Rest + Left Side Plank Hold
Diamond Push Ups + Right Side Plank Hold
Up 'n Downs + Plank Hold
COOL DOWN:
Slow Arm Circles
Triceps + Upper Back Stretch
