In today's video, we are going to do a crazy chest and back workout that is going to challenge you. This routine is great for a beginner or a more advanced lifter. Workouts like this can help you get the ripped body and six pack abs you've always wanted.
Workout breakdown:
4 Exercises/5-10 Rounds/ 30 Seconds Per Exercise
Beginner: 5 Rounds
Advanced: 10 Rounds
Equipment: A Towel
Exercises:
1:19 Bear Crawls: Start in a push up position. And as you put one hand forward, bring the opposite knee to your elbow. Hold it for a second and then alternate sides.
4:10 Superman Towel Lift: Grab a towel. Lay on your stomach. With a lot of tension on the towel, bring the towel up and then return to the starting position.
5:27 Wide Push Up (with a leg lift): Make sure your push up position is wider than your shoulder width. Put one leg up to add more resistance.
6:56 Towel Rows: Start is a squat position and hold that position. With a lot of tension on the towel, perform a rowing movement.
