In this video, Harry preps the following performance meal package:

Breakfast: 1x serving of Garnell Nutrition High Performance Whey Protein and 1x serving of natural Porridge oats to be mixed with 250ml of water and mixed in your Garnell Nutrition Shaker.
1x Cod-liver oil capsule
2x ZMA's

Snack 1: 1x serving of almonds and 1x serving of raisins to be eaten with a juicy and crunchy apple.

Lunch 1: 1x serving of 100g of fresh free range chicken breast and a mixed couscous salad.

Snack 2: 1 Fillet of smoked Mackerel

Lunch 2: 1x serving of 100g of fresh free range chicken breast and a mixed couscous salad.

Snack 3: 1 fillet of smoked Mackerel and 1 banana.

These 6 meals are all included in the RAW Nutrition Performance Package. This provides you with good quality meals throughout the day - all you have to do is make dinner!
