How To Make Your Own Post Workout Recovery Drink
Here's a cheaper way to make your own post workout recovery drink. It's a bit more time consuming, but if you need ways to cut costs, this is one way to do it. The initial cost up front is more, but when you factor in the number of servings you get, you actually save money in the long run. I use an ALL Natural Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate with dextrose, maltodextrin, and Orange G2 Gatorade Powder, as well as Glutamine, BCAA's, and Creatine. I am looking to get a 4:1 Carb to Protein ration for ultimate muscle recovery and regrowth. Yes...it's a lot of sugar, so you should only use this after an INTENSE workout!!
