Salsa & Lite Laughing Cow cheese
Meal 2:
1 Cream of Wheat Packet
Carbmaster Milk
1/2 Protein
Dash of cinnamon and bananas
Meal 3:
4 oz of ground turkey with taco seasoning
1 whole wheat tortilla
Spinach, salsa and avocado
Meal 4:
1/3 cup of Kodiak Cake Protein Mix - Dark Chocolate
1/3 cup of water
Walden Farms Maple Syrup
