Great quick chest workout for building mass, putting on muscle and size. Gotta grow your chest all around from upper, inner, lower, middle, etc. Great exercises in this high/low volume workout and I'm also increasing the frequency on these and increasing the weight as I get stronger. This is just what I do along with some advice and tips.
