1️⃣Curtsy Lunges on Smith machine
➖4 sets: 12-15 reps each leg
2️⃣Resistance Banded Stiff Leg DL's SS. With Banded Thrusters
➖4 sets: 15 reps for DL's/10-12 reps for Thrusters (using my Circuband)
3️⃣Kneeling to Squats (weighted and then take off weight to keep going)
➖3 sets: 12-15 reps
4️⃣Squats on Bench alternating with DL's
➖3 sets: 20-25 reps total
5️⃣TRI-SET👇🏻
A. Wide stance/Sumo Squats (feet pointing outwards with emphasis on the glutes), keep constant tension.
B. Jefferson Squats
C. Banded Abductors (stolen from: @carolinetusiuk)
➖3 sets: 12-15 reps/10-12 reps/12-15 reps
6️⃣Bulgarian Split Squats (with focus on the glutes - keep weight pushed back)
➖3 sets 10-15 reps each leg
