How to make GAINZ BOWLS (trihex daily post-gym meal) - #Creative Stream!



Each Bowl contains:

- quarter box of Barilla high-protein & OEMGA-3 Noodles
- x3 Brocolli
- x2 Cauliflower
- quarter jar of Pasta Sauce (advise anything non-GMO, non-Ragu; used Organic Portobello Mushroom sauce here)
- x5 mini carrots (cut into bite size pieces)
- x3 asparagus (chopped into thirds each)
- assload of crimini mushrooms
- x1 chicken breast cut into strips
- handful of cheese spread across
- handful of steamed spinach spread across

- Chicken covered in Olive Oil and seasoning
- Bowl seasoned with Salt, Pepper & Ms. Dash
- T-Fal OptiGrill used for chicken grilling (way better than george foreman)
- BELLA 7.4q Steam Cooker used for Vegetables & Spinach

Mix thoroughly, add a side of half-avacado sliced up. GET DEM GAINZ!
