Heat it up quick cardio workout



Jump rope 30 seconds, mountain climbers 30 sec, high knees 30 secs, butt kicks 30 secs. Go through circuit 5 times and try to keep rest time around 30 sec to a min.I finished off with 2 sets of agility jumps for 30 reps. I did this in my 90 degree garage for a more challenging workout. For some of the exercises I bumped up the time to 40-50 secs so I was basically aiming for failure.Majority of the time I could only do 30 secs. I did this after a quad workout so it was a little more challenging today lol.
