Tabata Workouts alternate between 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. This 30 second workout will be repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. Each exercise is to be performed at maximum effort. These workout videos include timed instructions to music, so they are very easy to follow.
Please adjust Tabata exercises to a level that is suitable to your strength & fitness level. Ensure that form is maintained at your chosen level. If form drops, go to a lower level for the remainder of the workout. If you are finding the workout too easy, increase level for optimal results.
