MAIN WORKOUT (timer is set for intervals of 40 seconds and 20 seconds; there is NO REST; repeat each set 2x)

Single-Sided Swings (:40) + Single-Sided Lunge with Knee Up and Press Up (:20)
Double Hand Swings (:40) + Slingshots (:20)
Single-Handed Swings (:40) + Double Knees (:20)
Double Hand Swings (:40) + Curtsy Lunge with Pass (:20)
Single-Handed Swings (:40) + Flying Fast Ups (:20)
Double Hand Swings (:40) + Walking Burpees with Hip Touch and Press Up (:20)
FINISHER:
Windmills (2x intervals = one minute on each side)
