This chest and back workout for women will help you tone up the entire upper body. The workout contains 4 back and chest exercises and can be done in the gym or at home. If you do not have a bench at home, you can use an aerobic step or even a sturdy chair for some of the chest and back exercises. For the one armed rows you can substitute exercise bands for cables if performing at home.

Below are the four back and chest exercises for women that make up this workout. Do 8-12 repetitions of each chest or back exercise, and do 3 sets of each.

1) Plank Step Up To Row
2) Chest Press Sit To Stand
3) One Armed Row
4) Bench Frog Kicks
