Hi fam! This workout had me feeling SO tired afterwards, definitely one of my faves! Like I said in the video you don't absolutely need a gym or weights to do this workout, I just chose to work with what I had. Feel free to do these exercises as bodyweight instead!
7 Exercises, 7 Reps each, 7 Full Sets/Rounds
Reverse Lunges
RDLS
Hip Thrusts
Calf Raises
Goblet Squats
Single Leg RDLs
Jump Squats
(7 reps each, then repeat for a total of 7 rounds!)
