Pre-Workout Drinks and P90X Start over

My pre-workout drink, current work out routine I had to start over little bit. I didn't have the time or energy to work out last week and on top of that i cheated on my healthy eating plan. But i'm back on the band wagon. I will be getting some video editing software soon, so my video will look better (I hope).
