Quick Warm-Up Cardio Workout for busy men and woman | Eat Right Fit Right - This video is a nice 5 minute Cardio Warm-up Workout for people that don't have allot of time. Starting off with a Lateral Steps and Pulls. We are lifting our hands up as we stand in a normal position and pull our hands down to our back as we step back to a side with our one leg. Then we move on to High Knee Pulls, bringing up 1 knee at a time pushing our elbows down the side of our knee. Then the Relaxed Boxer Shuffle, shuffling our feet back and forward, altering from one side to the other.
