Try to get through an entire round with ZERO rest. You can rest between 2 minute rounds if necessary.
1. Jump Squat + Curtsy Lunge
2. 3x10 Triple High Knee Variations
3. Squat Jacks
4. 3 Jumping Lunges + 3 Front Kicks
Beginners:
1-3 Rounds
Rest intervals: :30 - 2minutes
Intermediate - Advanced
3-5 Rounds
Rest Interval: :30 - 1 minute
