Seated leg curl 4 sets, 12 reps
Leg press work up to hard 10 reps(4-5 sets)
Hammer leg press 3-4 sets, 15 reps
Hack squat straight leg 3 sets, 12-15 reps
Single leg curl 3 sets, 10-12 reps
Hip adductors 3 sets, 20-25 reps
Barbell squats work up to hard 10 reps
