Grocery Haul, How I pack my meals and Gym Squad



Hi guys! Im excited to show you guys how I "lazy" meal prep lol, I like prepping my food this way because it is a lot faster for me. I like to prep for 2-3 days (and cook more whenever I run out), I don't like having my food sit around for any longer than that. As for breakfast and dinner, it varies and I like to mix it up.
I try not to spend more than $60 a week on food, if you would to see a video on how to shop on a budget please let me know on the comments below :)
