What is my calisthenics leg routine I use to gain strength/ powerful legs and some mass? Simple! Pistol Squats. Pistol Squats are the best calisthenics leg exercise to build incredible strength without the use of weights. Once the pistol squat becomes to easy just add weight to the squat. IF your not strong enough to do the pistol squat just simply use assistance.

SAMPLE LEG ROUTINE
Pistol Squats Normal/Assisted/Weighted 5-10 sets 5-10 Reps
Sprinting 30 min. 100-200 yards.
Single leg toe raises 5 sets MAX reps.
L Sits ( Indirect Leg exercise)
