WATCH ME FOOD PREP 20 CLEAN MEALS IN 2 HOURS (Baked yogurt chicken recipe with seasoning)



FEATURING IN TODAY'S FOOD PREP SESSION

Turn oven on to 200C or 390F

BAKED YOGURT CHICKEN BREASTS

• 8 chopped chicken breasts
• 900g tub chobani yogurt
• 22g butter chicken premixed blend (if you don't have premixed blend use: 2tsp minced garlic, 2tsp grated ginger, 2tsp garam marsala, 1tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp grd turmeric and 1tsp cumin)
• Bunch of thyme
• Add any leftover mushroom and onions
• Marinate in fridge for an hour or overnight

ROASTED SWEET POTATO

• Peel and chop a large pile of sweet potatoes
• Spray sweet potatoes with coconut oil
• Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cinnamon
• 45 mins in oven

BROWN RICE

• Rinse I cup rice and add 8 cups water (double or treble quantities according to your needs)
• Boil and reduce to simmer for 25 mins
• Drain any liquid and leave in covered pot for 5 mins

RED QUINOA

• Rinse 2 cups red quinoa and add 4 cups water
• Boil and reduce to simmer for 15 mins
• Leave in covered pot for 5 mins

DILL AND LIME FISH

• 4 fish fillets
• 2 limes
• half large handful dill
• Salt and pepper
• Coconut oil spray
• 20 mins in oven

RED ONIONS

• Peel and chop bag onions
• Stir fry in coconut oil

TUNA AND MUSHROOM FRITTATA

• 2 cartons liquid egg whites
• Large tin tuna
• Tub creamed cottage cheese
• Packet sliced mushrooms
• Stir fried onions
• Half large handful dill
• 30 mins in oven

BAKED YOGURT CHICKEN BREASTS
• 35 mins in oven

GREEN VEGGIES

• Chop up broccoli and asparagus
• Blanch for 5 mins in boiling water then drain

WASH DE-STEM AND FREEZE GRAPES
