Quick Intense Full Body HIIT Cardio Workout - Tabata # 13



This 4 min only intense full body HIIT cardio workout uses tabata format to maximally burn out your body and It is a great at home or portable cardio routine for morning, lunch time, or after work.

Tabata HIIT training are great for any one who are too busy to go to the gym or devote 30 min to 1 hour each day to work out. You can easily squeeze in a 4 min HIIT workout throughout the day. It is perfect for busy moms or anyone with a very busy lifestyle.

There are 4 total exercises in this workout:

Exercise 1: Chest Opener Jumping Jacks

Exercise 2: Side Lunge Floor Touch Hops

Exercise 3: Floor Hops

Exercise 4: Switch Kicks

Repeat everything one more time

20 sec work, 10 sec rest, 8 rounds, 4 min intense training

You can rest for 60 sec and repeat this routine 3 to 5 times for a 12 to 20 min intense HIIT cardio workout.
