Hey Beach Hippies, let's burn off some of those winter calories with a fun high-impact Dance Cardio HIIT workout. HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training and it's the best way to get your body into fat-burning mode and to sweat off those extra holiday calories. I'm hanging with my dance bestie Gloria and we're going to give you a fun high-impact Dance Cardio workout. Come join us!! We're going to start with some easy Reggaeton moves to warm up, then move into cardio mode with a fast Merengue, keep it going with Samba, and finish strong with a fun Russian pop song. As always, feel free to modify all the movements to suit your own needs, and try one of my lower impact DanceBeachFitness videos afterwards to stretch and cool down.
