The Workout:
2 Rounds for Reps
Minute 1: Star Jumps
Minute 2: Burpees (regular)
Minute 3: Mountain Climbers
Minute 4: High Knees
Minute 5: Buprees with push up

The goal of this workout is to get as many reps as you can! Let me know how it goes :)
