WORKOUT DETAILS:

1. Warmup squats 10x3
2. 2/3 squats 10x2
3. Heavy squats 6-8x4
4. Reverse hack squat SUPERSET straight deadlifts with plates
5. Leg extension single leg SUPERSET both legs 10(on each) and then 10 with both x4
6. Pull through 12x4
7. Cable "walking" x4
