MY WORKOUT/FITNESS ROUTINE: Chest + Tris + Shoulders

Hey, friends! In today's video, I show you another part of my fitness / workout routine! Today, I show you what I do to tone and build muscle in my shoulders, chest, and triceps. Most of my workout routine on this day focuses on shoulders, as I am trying to build muscle to help with a shoulder impingement! Because of that shoulder impingement, I am greatly limited on what I can do as far as "push" exercises--which are what most chest exercises entail. Sadly, my chest training is almost non-existent because of this, but it is well worth it if I don't have to deal with painful headaches from the impingement! I'm pretty proud of my tricep progress so far, and I hope they get more toned as time goes on. Remember: consistency is key!! I hope this video provides you with some tips on how to get in shape and can help you get fit for summer or just build more muscle in general!


-WORKOUT DETAILS-
1. Tricep Pull-Downs w/ Rope Superset: 10-12 reps at 20-25lbs + 10-12 reps at 15lbs x 3 sets
2. One-Armed Tricep Pull-Downs: 15 reps at 5-7.5lbs x 3 sets
3. Tricep Kick-Backs: 10-12 reps at 5-7.5lbs x 3 sets
4. One-Armed Rows: 10-12 reps at 5-7.5lbs x 3 sets
5. Rear Deltoid Raises: 10-12 reps at 5-7.5lbs x 3 sets
6. Reverse Fly: 10-12 reps at 5-7.5lbs x 3 sets
7. Resistance Band Rows: 10-15 reps x 3 sets
8. Resistance Band Straight-Arm Rows: 10-15 reps x 3 sets
9. Chest Press Machine: 10-15 reps at 30-50lbs x 3 sets
//BE SURE TO REST FOR 30-40 SECONDS IN BETWEEN EVERY SET!\


**INFORMATION ABOUT MY DIET**
I have decided not to include any specific information about my diet on Youtube. I have noticed that people on the internet can be very critical of the lifestyles of others, and I simply do not want to subject myself to that kind of potential ridicule. I will say that, in general, I follow a diet of moderation. I do not believe in labeling food as "good" or "bad". I simply eat what makes me feel good and try to keep a balanced diet and lifestyle!
