Today's Workout:
30 seconds - jump rope - regular bounce
30 seconds - mt. climbers
30 seconds - jump rope - fast skip
30 seconds - plank
30 seconds - jump rope - mummy kicks
30 seconds - plank side touches
30 seconds - jump rope - high knees
30 seconds - leg raises
*Rest 10 seconds between each exercise
*Rest 1 minute between each circuit
**Repeat 3-5 rounds
